How to survive being single on Valentine’s Day

Carlee Smith, Staff Writer

For the single people out there, Valentine’s Day isn’t a holiday to look forward to.
One of the best ways to distract yourself from loneliness is to go and spend time with friends.
One option is to go to the Village Centre Cinema and see new movies like Fantasy Island, The Call of the Wild, and Birds of Prey.

If you or your friends like ice skating, you can go to the LC Ice Arena which will be open on Valentine’s Day for public skate from 8-10 p.m.

Another fun option is seeing the performance of the romantic comedy, She Loves Me, by the Lewiston Civic Theatre.

However, if you aren’t feeling up to going anywhere, you can grab a popcorn and watch To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, starring Lana Condor and Noah Centineo, which will be coming to Netflix on Feb. 12. Most importantly, don’t forget to have fun!
