Self-quarantine might seem like a good time for some since they can stay at home with no class or work.
For others it can be a dark time. Depression can come back if they are alone or feeling alone. It’s not a joke for everyone. If this is a serious matter to you, don’t let others belittle your thoughts and emotions.
This will hopefully be over sooner than later. Try to be happy and virtually surround yourself with loved ones. Don’t keep your emotions bottle up. Talk it out with your support system which can be your friends and family, or even some f your professors. Someone outthere does care. Meditation can be a great way to help clear your mind.
You have to remember that you are strong!
